1. What are some of the benefits of playing sports for children?
Improve physical and intellectual capacities, improve self-esteem and improve social capacities.
2. Which sports are good for children and which are dangerous for them and why?
Aerobic and team sports are good for children. Anaerobic sports such as weight lifting are dangerous because they can affect the physical development of the child.
3. What if your child doesn’t want to play sports, would you make him do it?
You do not have to force the child but you have to insist continuously so that the child takes the habit and discovers the benefits of sport.
4. What can you say about this statement: “Sport is not a privilege of wealthy people”?
Children of any social class can practice sports but there will always be sports that require a large outlay of money
5. Do you agree with the saying: “Start young”? Why or why not?
You have to start young because the body is at its best and that way it is easier to get into the habit.
