What is Randall doing in the video?
Randall is helping his daughter to move at the new apartment.

What are Randall’s 3 tips on moving into a new apartment?
1. Terms and acceptance of contract
2. Cost. The place where the apartment is located is important because If you select a apartment that is located in third floor is more cheaper but you have to think that it’s necessary to carry up the furniture and baggages to the apartment.
3. Finally, you should do arrangements whit your roommates. Who’s vacuum, who’s do the dishes, etc.

Add some more tips about moving to a new place.
Another tip it’s important that the place of the apartment has public transportation.

No, I am not. I have a mortgage. But when I rented one apartment, I reviewed all terms and conditions of my contract. In my case, the conditions are fair.
