Sleep was often neglected though, it is one of the major components of overall health of individuals. One of the reasons why sleep is important is because it helps the body to be fit and have energy for another day of work.

Chronic insomnia is suffered by people who cannot sleep well. Do not know anyone.

I don’t usually stop to think about how much sleep I have.
