What do you think of Amazon Go?
I think it’s a good idea to let the customer get rid of queues.
What details make the Amazon Go store different from a traditional grocery store?
It seems a traditional shop and an online shop blended. Traditional shops were ‘virtualized’ using apps and Amazon Go seems an on-line shop “remade” physical.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of shopping technology?
Avoiding human interaction can get things quickly done but the same lack of physical contact can be fustrating in case of technical problems.
Do you prefer online shopping or shopping in stores?
It depens on the situation and on the goods to buy. For instance I prefer buying furniture in a physical shop and buying ‘every day’ goods on-line.
Why is the competition among convenience stores so tough?
I think the things you buy in a convenience store are usually not expansive and they don´t require a lot of thinking that’s why shops have to make things very easy for the customer, any complication could make the customer to buy in another place.
How could going shopping be made a better experience?
Creating nice spaces in shops and making easier the payment process.
