Supermarkets Go Green

Much of our wastes come from supermarkets. It’s all the plastic packagings used in every single product they sell. But Britain’s largest supermarket Tesco plans to go green. It’s going to be good for the environment but not for the consumers’ budgets. As these changes are more expensive. Customers are not so happy about this.

1. In my opinion, there’s a good (though unpopular) initiative because if Tesco gives a hand on concerning people, maybe many of them would change their minds.
2. I think they all could do it, within their capability.
3. I extremely disagree, because they don’t realize what low prices and very low quality food can do in their body.
4. I think there is not a killer question. You can do it gradually, but I think it’s a good practice to become more concerned about this issue.
5. Maybe they could retire plastic bags instead of charging for them

2.currently it would be unfeasible for all supermarkets to do the same because there are not so many suppliers of green products

3.Yes, because most people do not have a large budget to be able to make the purchase and that is why they prefer to invest less money to buy green products
