Evergrande Group is a big Chinese real estate company. They have built many buildings in Danzhou City, China including properties in a man-made resort island.
However, there is a big problem. The government says the company does not have building permits so these buildings are illegal and they need to be demolished.

1. What do you think will happen to the company?
I think that the company will have a important lost of money, because there is a high probably than should demolish the buldings.
2. How can they resolve this problems.
I think that submitting all the document required for the local goverment. And doing all the possibles regulations necessaries, or that are mandatories. That the land will be urbanible.
3. Would you buy a house in a man-made island? Why/why not?
If I could buy a house, I wouldn´t buy in a man-made island, I don’t like this places, I prefer natural landscape.
4. What problems do real estate companies have in your country?
I think that more repetitive is that company don’t have permit for building because don´t have licences for its, also the builds are make on land don’t urbanible; or that there are companies that use cheaper materials and the construction is of poor quality.
5. Do you know any buildings that had to be demolished? Why was it torn down?
No, I don’t know any buildings that must be demolished, but 2 days ago i read that in my city there is a building that 15 year ago was a hospital, and the goverment of turn said that this building had aluminosis and asbestos, so build a new hospital in other zone of the city, and the old building is abandoned. Today the news is that all the reports were false, and that they did this for steal money.
