1. Do you worry about having heart problems? Why or why not?
I do not usually worry about it, but I take care and try to have a good food to control those substances that can cause heart problems like high levels of sugar or fat.
2. Is heart disease a leading health problem in your country? Why do you think that is?
I am not sure if it is a leading health problem, but in case it is, maybe it is because people is not taking care of their bodies correctly. That is, drinking enough water, sleeping enough hours, taking care of the quality of their food, etc.
3. What things are really bad for your heart?
I was not aware that feelings could affect our heart. I thought that bad news generally cause heart attack but I never imagined that extremely joyfulness could cause it also. I think that bad things for our heart could be lack of exercise, bad food, not drinking enough water, not resting properly, suffering from stress (work, studies, personal problems) every day.
4. What can you do to look after your heart?
I think we should take care of our bodies a bit more carefully, considering the quality of the food and water we consume, spending some time exercising, at least just walking everyday, and trying to sleep enough hours to be able to deal with our everyday work.
5. Is it possible for scientists to be able to produce a mechanical heart that can work forever one day? Why or why not?
Maybe it is possible, I mean, I do not think that the barriers are in the technology part, but in the body part instead. Even if we obtain a never-ending heart, we should also obtain the rest of the organs and I think that the relationships among them is in fact the difficult part.
