1. There has been a massive outbreak of measles in Europe because more and more people have decided not to get their children vaccinated. They wrongly think that the vaccines can cause health problems to their children such as deafness or autism; when they can really save their lives or avoid some side effects, at least.
2. In these days when it is supposed that everyone has complete access to the information, it’s a shame to realize that the population only hear what they want to but they do not deepen in the news, to know if they are right or wrong. It’s easier to think that something is bad for your health just because your favourite TV channel or your youtuber has said it.
3. The government should encourage the parents to get vaccinated informing about how important is to prevent their children from contagious diseases and also that they can cause death.
4. The nearest case of outbreak has been the Covid affecting around the world and many people have died since nobody knew how to treat it. At first, the government was not capable of controlling the disease and were overcome by the situation. Some decisions taken wrongly provoked many deaths. Right now, the pandemic goes on among us and a definitive solution has not been found yet.
5. In Spain, there is a vaccination calendar for the whole population which go from the first month of birth to 16 years and all the children are immunized against the most contagious and grave diseases such as mumps, measles, rubella, diphteria…
