Discussion Questions:

What is your opinion on AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Google Bard? Would you use such programs?
R: I used ChatGPT some times to do simple test like to write a history about crazy things like unicors, space and apples. Things that don’t have common things or to ask questions about phisic, science,…

I think it’s a little scary the way in that ChatGPT responds the questions like it was a human and the potential danger that may have in hands of dangerous people.

What are the uses and dangers of such AI chatbots?
How is this going to change our lives/societies?

It may change the way we do some jobs today, destroy some jobs and create others.

Share your opinion on this: “Teachers are worrying about “the end of homework”.
R: I think that homework such as we know it is finished, because all students are able to take an essay through ChatGPT, for example. Consequetly, the way that I see this, is that we have to change the homeworks to make them more relevants to estudiants. For example, asking them in class about a theme that they must have prepare before. These way although the homework has been prepared using AI, the estudients must have a depth knowledge about that topic, to be able to respond appropriately in class.

Do you agree or disagree that “AI can deepen our understanding of information and turn it into useful knowledge making it easier for people to get things done.”? Explain.

R: I think that some times AI can be useful to summarize the large amount of information we have on a topic so that we can have a more global idea but also that it will still be necessary for us to delve deeper into this topic to truly understand it.
