Vocabulary Questions:
1. Employment means having a job. A sentence could be “It was very difficult for me to find employment”

2. To be better off means to be in a better situation. For example, you will be better off if you learn a trade.

3. Entry-level job means get a junior position in a new job.

Discussion Questions:
1. It is difficult to Gen Z to get a job because IA is replacing people in the companies. Also, new generation wants to get high position in companies whitout expriencie.

2. The problem in my country is that salaries are low and young people don´t want to work there.
