I don’t have any opinion about it, their decision has a political reason.

I think that the consequences will be economics for UNESCO.

Spain ranks third in UNESCO World Heritage Sites with a total of 48 sites such as Alhambra, Burgos Cathedral, Aranjuez Cultural Landscape, etc.
