In Tokyo, having a pet is a luxury, and cat cafes have cropped up all over the city, so they decided to add 9 cats to their offices in order to decrease stress levels.

Definitely, it can lower stress levels. If you’re a cat lover and you enjoy these little animals, it can help you reduce your stress levels.

I guess that it can increase productivity because less stressed employees have better performance, however, you have to find the balance.

To unwind from work, I practice my hobbies, such as playing video games, playing tennis, and chatting with my friends.

Playing electronic music and focusing on what I’m doing helps me be more productive at work.
