Hi everyone. Today I have had my first class. It is nice to read about this topic, as I am a part of the sales rep department.
After reading the 7 norms you shouldn’t mention in a conversation with a customer, it came to my mind how we can build trust with our customers. In my opinion, our behaviour and asking questions to find solutions for the needs are the best options. But, as well depeding on the relationship they have and for how long they have been working together it could vary. From my experience, people like to hear what we do what we do and why we chose this option instead others to find the solution to their paint point. Focusing on the customer’s interests I think it usually builds a good relationship based on trust. Thanks for bring this topic.

I can relate to these tips!

I think, above all the promotions or offerings a company can try to sell, trust and commitment with the client is everything.
There´s nothing worse while trying to buy something in shop, for example, than having to deal with a seller that is trying to convince you (in an annoying way) to get a client card or to recommend stuff you are not interested in.
If a client is interested in your service, appreciate the value of handling their request through respect and a useful opportunity.

Well done writing your answers to our questions. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Here is a sentence you can still improve:

Keep up the good job!

I find this very useful, as I believe not many people know how to handle their customers.. Or how to keep them interested in your company. The customers are the first asset of a company and we have to look after them. Thanks for sharing!
