Yes, I agree. The article explains just a few easy actions that anyone can apply on his life. Sometimes we do not think about such easy things.

2. Which ones do you practice daily?
I try to apply that one about going to bed earlier and prepare my bag the night before.

Drinking enough water, having a healthy diet, exercising, and going far from noisy places can also help to reduce our stress level.

I really enjoy reading a nice book or walking through a nice place with threes.

1. Do you agree with the changes mentioned in the article?
Yes, it is really interesting how small changes can really make a huge difference in how we feel. There is no need to retire to a lonely mountain or to change your whole diet. Just only a few behavioral changes is what we need to control the stress.
2. Which ones do you practice daily?
I try to do things in a leisurely pace, without rushing. Specially when I have to go to a place, I try to get there early so I can handle unforeseen circumstances. And when you are not rushing you can enjoy the way and get captured by something that brought your attention, like flower or a sunset.
3. Can you think of other ways we can face daily challenges?
Remember breathing slowly could be also another anchor to face daily stressful situations. When we are stressed we hardly get connected to our body or feelings, that’s why if we focus our attention in breathing calmly we will be connected instantly to the present moment.
4. What activities do you like to do to relax yourself?
Yoga practice is a mind rebooting for me. Maybe it is because there is a lot of focus on breathing or maybe because of the challenging asanas, postures, but my brain stops overthinking and just gets concentrate on the class instructions.

Great work with trying your best to improve your writing skills.

Here is a better way to express this one:

Yoga practice is a mind rebooting for me.

Yoga practice is a mind rebooting mentally-energizing for me.

Well done! Keep at it.

1) Do you agree with the changes mentioned in the article?
In general, they are all good ideas, but from my point of view, they are too dependent on each other. To be in no rush, you need to wake up early and have a comfortable morning routine, and this requires going to bed early, etc. As a health and lifestyle journalist in the past, I think that this article could have been written much better if it offered more diverse techniques.
2) Which ones do you practice daily?
I actually go to sleep early, get up early and go to the gym. But I also listen to my body´s and mind´s needs — sometimes I need to sleep 10 hours and skip the gym to feel better.
3) Can you think of other ways we can face daily challenges?
Sure! Delegate, prioritize, make active pauses, and remember that life is much bigger than any job task.
4) What activities do you like to do to relax yourself?
I go to the gym almost daily. I also love hiking (alone or with my family) on weekends. Reading is another thing that relaxes me very well; for me, reading is very immersive, and while I read I completely disconnect from the real world.
5) What are some of your favourite hobbies?
I don’t know if you can call it a hobby — but I love travelling and everything related to it, from booking hotels and searching for tickets to planning activities for each day.

Welcome to the Phoneenglish blog! You have written your answers well.
