Hi!

Japanese managers and companies want their staff to speak in english because nowadays in business it’s very important, most of all in internet companies.

I totally agree with this decision, because knowing english it’s very good for the professional develop of the person and for the dealing with other companies/users over the world. I don’t think that that rule was a way of getting rid of unwanted workers, I think that is an opportunity to improve personally and with the company.

Apart from english, I think that chinese would be an important option to learn, because nowadays there’s a big market developing there and there’s a great commerce with chinese companies.

Personally I think that all of us must learn english, most of all for our professional career and in our country the education is properly and in the last years I have seen more interest in teaching the language between the children.

By, bye!! ;-D
