How does snoring affect ones sleep?
I think people who snore have the internal problem of resting but also they create a problem for those they sleep with. In general it is a very common problem but not a minor one.

2. What do you do to avoid or minimize snoring?
In my case I don’t snore, it only happens when I’m very sick or whit a flu and it’s hard to breathe. What I usually do in those cases is to sleep slightly incorporated to be able to breathe better.

3. What do you think of Smart Nora?

I think it is a very nice and practical invention. What happens is that I have the feeling that it is more beautiful than functional. I think that if it really worked we would have heard about it.

4. Would you consider yourself to be a person who generally sleeps well?
Fortunately yes, I rarely have trouble falling asleep, usually in a matter of minutes. But I have friends who have a hard time falling asleep, even hours, so I consider myself very lucky.
