1. I learnt that branding is not a logo or a product but how the customer feels about a product or a company. It is the result or effect in the audience.
2. We can build a strong corporate identity by thinking of which message and effect we would like to transmit as well as by thinking of which audience we want to reach out. Additionally we will need to be consistent because a brand is also a reputation.
3. I guess it has changed a lot within the last years where most of people have access to Internet and anyone can find, search for and compare anything they want. As well, famous people in social media (like influencers) can explain that a product is very good and then all the followers of that person will buy that product. You can have the opposite effect if the comment is negative.
4. It is like supporting and taking care of people. We offer services to pharma companies so that clinical trials are conducted within the expected quality and patients can benefit from treatments in the end.
5. In my opinion Coke and Apple are some examples of good branding. In this case, their logo is known and reminded by everyone and they may have positive feelings in their audiences. I do not know examples of bad branding at this moment.
