1. I think that is very crazy. Probably this situation is very strange that could be happen othe day. First it’s difficult to don’t have almost people booked for a flight. Then it’s very crazy that the few reserves for this flight would be cancel. Probably never could repeated the situation that had the good luck to live this woman.

2. In general I think that is the fast way to travel but the bad thing about the air travels for me are the security controls, the problems with the delays in many flights, the situations of the airports, very far of the center of the cities etc.

3. My best flight that I remember is one flight to Mexico DF when I lived in Monterrey. I remember that was the last flight for the pilot and all the flight was talking about the landscapes that we could see when we flight over Spain, then over Portugal and finally over Mexico. In this flight were the Rafael Amargo’s company and when the pilot went to salute the people, the band of Rafael Amargo sing many funny songs about planes, pilots etc.

And the worst flight that I remember probably was when I needed to return to Madrid from Hannover. I needed to change my plane in Munich and when I landed in his airport an strong storm started. The airport canceled all of his flights and I needed to sleep in the airport because the first flight to Madrid was very early in the morning and don’t had time for goint to sleep in a hotel or something similar.

4. Probably the most important thing for me is the humanely. In many companies I percieve that they lost the humanely and this is very important if you want to your clients have a good expirience in your flights.

5. Probably the best airline that I tried was Aeromexico. For the same reason that I explained in the last point. Is the most humanely flight company that I know at this moment. Probably Fly Emirates or Qatar Airlines is better. I don’t know because I never flew with them. But I think that the peoples say that this companies are the best because having the better airplanes but I don’t know if the onboard personnel is the best too.
