In the last few years, there have been so many changes around the world that the job market has not been able to assume them and, it has provoked a collapse in both the economy and people trying to find an opportunity in the market. Not only has the pandemic been the cause but also, the globalization of the markets.
Right now, the market is so unpredictable that nobody can assure that his/her choice will be forever.
It’s unlikely for people living in big cities to think in other different thing out of their daily routine. It’s only after a big event happens in one’s life when the person rethinks about him/herself and start doing new choices to look for more rewarding activities.
The younger a person decides to change into another career, the easier it will be to have success. It’s important that a person can get some experience and skills. The companies will look for either unexperienced young workers or qualified candidates.
The most skills in demand are: adaptability, work in team and multilingual.
I think that a person should think in changing into another job when this person feels depressing in his/her current job and can affect to his/her health.
Some challenges a worker can face on a new job are: to accomplish the company expectations and meet with new workmates, procedures…
