We all want to live a happy and meaningful life but what does having a “meaningful life” really mean? Finding happiness could be easy. Whether it’s money, family, travel, or food, we all have a different definition of happiness. Having a meaningful life is another story. Some would say seeking meaning in life is the more fulfilling path.

In this video, you will know why we should build more meaningful lives instead of just happy ones.

Question 1: the four pillars or meaning life are:
Belongings:in sense of value for you are internally and you value others.
Purpose: use your strengths to help others.
Transcendence: be, think and live beyond of daily routines.
Storytelling: self criticism. What you tell yourself and think about your self.
Question 2: the most important think for me in my life is try to be happy more time possible and try to help my circle to live a life as uncomplicated as possible.
Question 3: trying to do all the best to help someone to have a depression depends in several times on reasons that carry him or her to this situation so you will try to be present in different way depending on it,
But in general I think is important to try to show this person how she or he is important for you, being present and listening always and in each moment that she or he needs.
Question 4: I think happiness is a state, something internal, a feeling that you get, not with material things or experiences, but also with balance, self criticism and meditation.
Question 5: to live more meaningfully means to try to do the best to be better every day, work your internal part thinking how improve yourself taking into account your experiences, achievement and mistakes
