1) This discovery is important because it’s the first time such a large animal is able to regenerate the whole body. It’s a big step for scientists because it could help to develop new solutions to regenerate damage tissues in humans.
2) I didn’t know about sea slugs before reading this article. I’ve learned that they have a great hability to regenerate the whole body when their heads are cut off.
3) I don’t think human could regrow body parts because our bodys are more complex than sea slugs.
4) If technology to regrow body parts were possible, it would be a great solution for people with legs or arms cut off in car accidents.
5) The hability to cast off parts of their body to protect themselves from parasites is a wonder of nature. I wish all animals could do the same to stay alive more time.
