1. Employers are liable for employees’ work from home accidents. When you start in a company as home base this information is recorded in the contract. If you have an accident during your working hours there is an insurance.

2. Yes, I have a workplace accident insurance. The purpose of this compulsory Work Accident insurance is to protect employees against possible accidents that may occur during the working day. But I have to check as at this moment I don’t know what is my insurance coverage.
3. The common workplace accidents in my line of work are: Crashes or collisions, muscle strains and repetitive strain injuries, back pain.

Here’s to more entries from you!

1) Employers are liable of employee’s workplace accidents since the moment they allow employees work at home (e-mail, SMS, etc) and during the work timetable. There is a workplace accident insurance that cover this fact.
2) Yes I do. I have a workplace accident insurance that covers to me in the workplace, covers to me during the time I drive from/to home and economically covers to my husband if I have a work accident and die.
3) I work in a site with a high risk of fire accidents because we use flammable products in the paint manufacturing process. Fortunately, we haven’t had any fire accident due to a very stricted risk security system and security rules. The common workplace issues are caused by car accidents when workers drive from/to work or by minor bruises and muscle pain.
4) I would like working from home but I’m not so lucky. If I would do that I think I would have a designated home office because I need to have a daily routine at work, the same workplace included. I’m a little “squared-head” with my habits.

Your time and efforts practicing your writing is much appreciated.
