The primary threat to productivity is procrastination. Procrastination is a terrible habit that can interfere with you achieving your objectives as well as create anxiety and negatively influence your health and quality of life, according to experts.

Despite the fact that it can be challenging to break the practice, it is very important to kick your procrastination habits to the curb.

1. I think they can be related because if you have anxiety or depression it is harder for you to start a project or activity. Everything is more complicated and you tend to procrastinate.

2. In my opinion, they are similar concepts.

3. Managers have to try to motivate employees to avoid procrastination. It is also good for them to periodically review the progress of employees’ tasks.

4. Some of my motivations are to improve every day, to offer a good version of myself at work, to grow in my company.

5. People who do not procrastinate will be more likely to tackle projects and jobs with a greater guarantee of success.

6. I think it’s better to try to get through the tasks. As for the timetable, you have to find a balance between personal life and professional tasks.
