Gambling is defined as placing money or betting in a game to win even more money depending on luck without working really hard. Gambling is a kind of a shortcut to getting a lot of money. Everyone would like to follow an easy way to make money. Even rich people gamble to become even richer. However, it is a game of chance. Many people also end up losing a lot of money to it.

1. Have you ever won or lost money from gambling? Share that situation.
I have never been in a casino or similar gambling place. I can know how they are for the films and to have an idea.
In Spain is typical , on Christmas, to play with the family after having dinner, it is very common the game called “bingo”, we used a bit amount of money to play (normally some coins), and it is incredible when you lost your money you get angry and frustated, then you think when people lost a big , high amount again and again in gambling, how they can feel.
2. Do you think buying lottery tickets is a form of gambling? Why or why not?
Yes, I do. I buy lottery only on Christmas with my partners in my job and share with the family too, but I think there are a lot of people who buy lottery every day, each week and spend much money on it.
Here there are different tickets seem lottery, for example the “euromillon” or simply a ticket for the football to gamble what team will be win the match….
3. Why do you think so many people like gambling?
I don´t know to be honest. Maybe , it is the same when someone love cars, they always want to have a new one, best version…
I think the gambling can be an addiction in some chances , nyou always want to win but even when you lost your money you need to continue playing.
4. How can someone stop from gambling too much?
In my opinion if you have the habit to play every day only someone specialized in this problem can help you.
5. What damage does gambling do to an individual and the society?
An individual, can be to convert in an addiction to the games and in the society nothing good comes out of something. Each day you can see young people use the computer games all time and now it is easier because all people have a mobile phone where you can visit webpages to play no necessary you need to go a specific place.
6. How different do you think the world would be if gambling didn’t exist? Explain.
In other period of time , kids played in the street simply with a ball or maybe ride a bike , currently kids have mobile phone and spend a lot of time surfing in internet. They start playing in this kind of games from early age. In this time there are a lot of legal stores where they can go to play and spend money. It is very frequent to see people going in and going out in these spaces.
