Getting divorced is becoming more and more common these days. Many couples are deciding to split for a lot of different reasons. When ultra wealthy couples decide to get a divorce, there’s the lengthy, sometimes ugly, discussion on the financial windfall, of course.

1. Because London system benefits to the less wealthy part of the couple, who used to be wifes. Thus, they decide to go to London.
2. Because the settlements can sometimes award up to 50% of a husband’s wealth to the wives.
3. I guess that this is not fair, because the person who has more money in the relationship may have worked more, or maybe their family has more money. However, each case should be analyzed, because maybe the other person have not as much money because they cannot work.
4. I dont know so much. I supposed that it is equal for each part.
5. I remember Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, bur i dont know about the terms of the divorce, only the famous photo of Kidman celebrating it at the exit of the court. And I can also recall Bradgelina, when Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt split. I heard that some child dont talk with Pitt and refuse to use the surname. But I dont know the terms neither.
