Unemployment has become a problem for many countries, especially after the economic crisis started. It has affected many, especially young people. As a result, more people are also experiencing stress and anxiety, possibly even depression.

1. What can you say about the issue of unemployment?
The unemployment is great problem nowadays above all for young people who are looking for their first job and for the senior people who has lost theirs and it provoke them stress, anxiety and mental health problems.
2. Are there many unemployed in your country?
Yes, in my country there are many unemployed, they are about 13 percent of active people and I think is a high unemployment rate.
3. What would you do if you were unemployed?
If I were unemployed I would look for one employee, I think that it wouldn’t be easy but I wouldn’t mind to go to another country for working for instance, I would try to improve my knowlegments too. And I wouldn’t mind to work in any kind of work.
4. Do you ever feel anxious about everyday situations?
I usually don’t feel anxious about everyday situations because I try to achieve the solution to the situation or to ask help to my family or friends but if it is not possible or it doesn’t depends on me I can’t do anything more.

In Spain we have a saying: The job is health. Therfore, a country whithout unemployment is a country healthed. The problems ares less and the people are happy.

* It is a very important issue that affects many people. It is very unpleasant not to have a job. We must look for formulas to eliminate this problem.
* In my country there is a lot of unemployment. It has gone down quite a bit in the last two years, but it has to go down more.

* I often feel anxious. Whether it’s because of work or what I wtach on tv, listen to on the radio, or talk to someone. There are many things that happen a long the day.
1. Unemployment is an issue affects not only young people, also older people. First group because don´t have enough experiencia, so they work as trainess with no salary and the second gruop because they don´t learn too fast as young people and companies prefer pay less than pay more for older people with more experience
2. In my country there ir lot of unemployment. But in the last year has drecreased 23%
3. If I were unemployed, the first thing I would do is to stay calm and immediately start looking for a job and contact a professional coach to help me in the process of finding a new job.
4. I´m a very nervious person, so i often feel anxious. I try to practice meditation every day to feel quite calm and to keep my feelings and emotions under control
