Punctuality isn’t universal as it varies from culture to culture. For some countries, it might be fuzzy as time moves in different pace, but it doesn’t mean that if someone is strictly conditioned to be on time that the person would be cultivated that way. It still depends on the individual. For this reason, some are always on time and some are late regardless whether punctuality is observed in their country or not.

1. For me, punctuality is very important, and it is a matter of politeness towards the other person. I try to be on time in the appointments especially, those where a client is involved. It is true that my country is not well known by its punctuality, but I think that there are others much worse.
2. I do not see how anybody could train me or anyone else to be on time when I was young. I suppose that this depends on each person’s personality. I do not like to make other person wait for me but nevertheless, my brother is late to everywhere, and we have both been grown up in the same values and ways.
3. I try to behave the same way as I would like others to behave with me. For that reason, it is essential for me to be on time to feel well with myself. And that applies to both my personal and professional life.
4. As I previously mentioned, I suppose that it is a matter of personality. On some occasions, there will be unexpected situations which will make a person be late. But if this person is always late, it is because they do not know how to organize their lives.
5. Everyone can choose to be on time or not. It is just a matter of planning your tasks correctly at the beginning of the day or not assuming more than one can do throughout the day.

Being punctual is getting on time everywhere.
Being prompt matters to me with important things, and I am a time bender with other things. I think that some kind of people are not too much demanding about punctuality and I take advantage of it.
There is a cliche about spanish unpunctuality. There are people unpuctual and punctual. In my opinion there aren´t punctual and unpunctual countries.
I think we need to manage in a better way time at work in Spain and overall to plan tasks and to adapt teams to workload. Many delays are due these reasons at work place. As I said before there are punctual and unpunctual people.
If you are a well organized person you take adavantge of your day and do your best. Punctual people are usually well organized too. That´s why punctual people are efficient at personal and professionall life.
When you get late you don´t mind the other´s time or you are unconcious about this thing.
I agree that being on time is a choice. It is better to be punctual for your personal development. When you get on time you take into account the other´s time.
I think that punctuality depends on the way you were brought up.
