I don´t think it´s a goos idea.
People pay for their plane tickets, sometimes a large amount of money, and they, of course, have planned their timetable according to the take-off time, maybe they have important things to do and need to take the plane urgently.
A more than two hours delay might cause to them a lot of problems. That´s what are companies would have to take into account. and the best way is avoiding these delays.
