maybe the first one, it is difficult for me to disconnect from my work when i’m so focus on resolving a problem. This is overcommiting

the main danger is to finish burnt because of the stress that it is generated when you behaviour in that way

yes for example my client sometimes is a bit rigid. The best way to deal with these situations is keep your calm and be polite in order to create a good atmosphere
How can we fix or solve complacency?
To be honest, for me complacency isnt something to be fixed. I think that it depends on the stage where people are and even company need this type of peeple because not everyone will be able to promote at the same time. So this complancecy create differents pace that is healthy for company.
What are some methodologies, immediately actionable practices, and respected credentials does your company employ?
Our company let us to develop ourself at the pace we want. Our company also promotes integration and polite relation with work mates and try to create an atmophere good for us to feel comfortable

I don’t think so, although I have worked with people who had these personality traits and it was not a pleasant experience.

I think you can get burned out very quickly and end up quitting earlier

Yes, in the past. The best way to deal with them is to limit interactions as much as possible and anticipate their behaviors.

How can we fix or resolve complacency?
By getting workers involved in tasks with projects that challenge them.

What are some of the methodologies, prompt action practices and respected credentials your company employs?
One of the things I like the most of my current job is the respect for the employee and by that I mean that no one ever expects you to work late or on weekends. They also focus on the employees learning improvement and that ultimately makes people motivated and happy.
