1. Have you ever been in a situation where most of your time is devoted to work?
Yes, I have previous experiences where work was the main focus in my life. This is because these jobs were extremely demanding
in terms of dedication of hours. It is a situation that I would not recommend to anyone. Finding balance between work and home is key to life a happy life.
2. Do you think there’s an issue with married couples or couples who live together who work for the same company?
I don’t think so, as long as personal issues do not interfere into work. I know many people who works with their partner and they can handle diffrent situation, even at home or at work.
It is true that in cases where there is a hierarchical working relationship in the same company, I think that the company should be aware of the relationship and take action in case it is needed.
3. How do you balance home and career?
I try to keep things separate: work time should not exceed what is expected, and home issues should not interfere in my job. This approach is helpful to achieve balance between home and career.
We are now in a hyper-competitive job market, despite this I believe that we deserve time and a safe space where we can rest.
4. Is interoffice relationship allowed in your company?
I really don’t know because that’t not my case and I think that there is not a couple working together in my company. However I think that this escenario is very likely, and I think that my company will be fine with it, as long as the company was aware of the relationship.
