All of us have habits, be it good or bad. We do these habits as some sort of coping mechanism when we’re stressed. Sometimes it’s done to get pleasure or even to avoid pain.

This article from 2012 proves that you can kick that bad habit any time or any year.

1. Yes, I have been a smoker for over 20 years. Every day I think I have to quit smoking, but it’s just a thought because I’ve never actually tried to quit. I am considering trying acupuncture because a friend who had been smoking for many years managed to quit after just one acupuncture session. She hasn’t smoked for a decade since that acupuncture session.

2. Negative effects on health and on your wallet. The effects on health are well known (respiratory problems, lung cancer, and other associated diseases), and tobacco is becoming increasingly expensive. When you add it all up, you spend a lot of money.

3. Not exercising / Eating junk food

You are doing a good job in staying consistent with practicing your writing skills. Well done.

Remember to always answer in full sentences. For example, instead of saying just, “Not exercising / Eating junk food”, you may write:

Other unhealthy habits include not exercising and eating junk food.

Many years ago, when I was nervous and stressed I bited my nails and then I felt pain in nails. However, when I realized this action I never thought if I will felt pain. Now, I only bit the stepfathers because when I have a stepfather in my fingers I feel so nervous and I decided cut it.

2. What do you think are the negative effects of vices?
I think that the most of vices created addition.

3. Do you know of any other habits that were not mentioned in the article?
Yes, I know. For example, when I was studying at school I had a teacher who pull out her hair and for example the last weekend I was with one of my friends and explain me that her boyfriend’s Sister is a surgeon and he had many surgery in differents patients because they introduced extrange things in their body lije a mobile phone, or even, objects like a scissors.
