K-pop or Korean pop music is big in Asia and is now spreading to some European countries. But, in South Korea, K-pop is more than just music. Read the article below and discover how the government of South Korea treats their music industry.

1. I am not familiar with K-pop, in fact, I only knew the Gangnam style song and I didn’t know that was K-pop. In my country, Spain, latinoamerican music is becoming very popular, along with the local Spanish pop and International pop.
2. There are a lot, of each music style. For example Maluma or Shakira for latino music, Adelle or Ed Sheeran for pop music, and a lot of Spanish singers.
3. The tourism sector is a key support for the Spanish economy, although it is not really an industry. Therefore, it is always supported by the government, along with the other big sector, the agriculture.
