1. Gen Y is known as the people who were born in the 1980s and 1990s. This generation has grown up with de new technologies: Internet,cell phones, social networks.
According to the article, they are ambitious and self confident. The look for works with flexible timetable and in wich working from home is allowed. They seek to earn high salaries and work to live, and no work to live. The are very motivated in what they do and prepared for working life.
2. I agree with the article that Gen Y is a generation with motivations in what they do, in beig prepared for the life in general, including work life. They have grown up with new technologies but very close to analog life. They look for a comfortable life, flexible jobs and a job that allows them to have free time and enjoy life.
3. The advantages of belong to Gen Y are motivated to learn and to be prepared for the life and work live. As the have grown up with new technologies, they use them perfectly in they life and in the work. In my opinion, the disadvantages are related to having lived in a time without economic crisis and important. They have lost the value of sacrifice and effort. For example, many of them could reject a job because they live far or work from home is no permitted, even though it may be a good experience.
4. I don´t think so. All generations have advantages and disadvantages. As I explained in the last paragraph, older generations have had to make more sacrifice and efforts to achieve a good live, and in my opinion it is a value necessary. But they have lived for work, and it is best achieve a balanced between work and free time.

According to the article the Millennials or Gen Y have born in a digital world, that means that they have raised in the internet, mobile phones and social media era and they are been very influentiated by them.
2. What is your opinion of generation Y?
I think they are very well prepared people with a lot of culture with a lot of training. They are used to live in a digital world they use the technology with familiarity they don’t have problems with the all the tools related to this era. But also they have downsides for example they suffer all the cons that social media have also they have to deal with very big problems that we have nowadays like climate change and also political an important tensions with between West and East between the USA and China, unemployment, the IA revolution, etc.

3. What do you think are some of the advantages or disadvantages of other generations?
All the generations have upsides and downsides, of course, but I think the worst generation was our parents and our grandparent’s generations because they suffered the consequences of the first and second world war furthermore in our country the Civil War (that started before the second world war). They had to deal with all this terrible consequences and I suppose for them the life at that time was very difficult I understand that their childhood was terrible they didn’t have access to education neither to training and they had to work very early almost when they were children.

4. Are people from the “older” generation always more wise and correct in their ways of thinking and choices? Why or why not?
Not at all, there are people from different Generations that are very clever and very wise. Of course experience matters but also education, culture and nowadays it’s very important in a digital era to know how to move in the digital world so younger generation maybe have more knowledge than the elder’s one generation.

Answer 2: My opinion about generation Y is in line with the articule. I think they have a different point of view about life: they dream and try to live experiencies, travel and enjoy their free time. For them work is a way to live and they don’t want to live for work. They usually are self confident and think they deserve high salaries and they often say what they think.
Answer 3:In my opinion the main advantage of other previous generations is they usually have to work hard and make a big efforts to get their objetives so they don’t usually have any problem to do whatever is necessary. On the other hand they have had to give up their personal life to reach a social and economic status.
Answer 4: In my point of view there are not correct elections o more wise generation. I think the most important think is have the ability to adapt to circumstances, places and times. Perhaps the problem of Generation Y is they tend to think they deserved a good job, a high salary or free time, and sometime they forget that prize has a price. Obviosly in this generation are people very trained and prepared but in the older generation are also people wise and who has known adapt to new times.
