1. What do you think of the talk?
It’s a great point of view like changing habits in your life. I agree with speaker’s argument you need to try something new during a period of time to become an habit. The first step to engage to a sport, hobby, or any other kind of activity is trying and enjoying the activity itself or the results derived from it.

2. What are some of your short-term and long-term goals?
It’s a good approach divide the goals in short and long terms, so you can see small results soon and obtain a great goal as a consequence of these short term goals. For instance my long-term goal is to have a healthy life in order to get it I define short terms goals such as start to cycling and running two or three times a week, eat less fat food, and sleep 8 hours a day.
3. Have you ever tried something new? How long did it last?
Yes I have hung a white board in my bedroom to check every day what or not what I have done at the end of the day and as well I have scheduled alerts in my smartphone .It’s the first time that I do something like that.
4. What new things would you like to try for 30 days? Why?
I would like to take a picture course I like so much the photography but it’s something like I haven’t tried before.
5. What motivates you to be a better person in different areas of your life?
Well I think is not easy question, the motivations in the life to improve different areas are due to many different reasons. Interests, professional upgrades, health issues are some motivations to improve but I think that all depends on the age and life cycle.
