The company is organized like a start up.
What kind of organization is set up in this company?
They have Teams Lead whom are in charge of a department, they work with other Teams leads and discuss the topics, then these Teams Leads go to their teams and filter the ideas.
According to Steve Jobs, why did Apple become successful?
Because the best ideas win
Explain what is your company’s management style. Is there anything that you would like to change in your management?
We work in a similar way, maybe we need to think more in the best ideas win. For sure these ideas must be aligned with the strategic plan that the main board thought and planned.
What is the best way to manage people?
To make people feel self-confident and help them achieve their personal goals and that these goals are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
