I totally agree with this sentence. You can have a lot of money but if you are unhealthy you will not use it. For this reason, I think that we need to have a good health and then the rest of thing come to us (jobs, money,…)
2- Do you do all these habits described in the article?
More or less I do. I like to eat healthy and I love the sports. In my opinion these two things are the most important. If you want to perform in your training it is necesary that you rest every night, eat well, do not smoke,… In general, I try to do healthy things.

Yes, I am agree. In my opinion all of these habits are necesary but sometimes people need to do different things. For example, especially young people like a lot go to party and have a glass of alcohol. If they do sometimes per year it could be good for mental health, the problem is when they drink alcohol every weeks.

I think they are good for people who do not know how they can improve their health. The problem I see is that that programs are very general and people need some more specific for their lives.

there are studies that they are demostrated when you practise any phisical activity and after that you feel better than before you started the sport. For example, when I am very stresfull I need to practise any sport to relax me.

The widely used expression “health is wealth” is simply true because health is the most valued aspect in life.
This article describes common healthy habits that I would like to carry out and of course are frequently on my mind, but it´s not always possible because of time, some of them are on my must do list, such as participate in charity or help others, for sure it´s a good guide for all the people who are interested in healthy life.
From my point of view, to keep healthy it´s necessary appropriate diet without excess, easy and calm life without stress, rest well and a good dose of daily exercise for body and mind. I would suggest also to be enthusiastic and optimistic as an important aspect in healthy life.
About the topic “wellness program” I would like to know better but I only can say superficially it´s a good ideat to help people to keep healthy.
I can think of a situation that it´s a clear example of link between body and mind, such as if you feel very stressed that you can have this stomach pain, or muscle contraction in your back or even headache.

Health is wealth indeed! Please see other words you can use to improve the expression of the following thoughts:

… the most valued aspect in life.
> … the most valuable aspect in life.

it´s not always possible because of time
> it´s not always possible because of lack of time / because of time restraints

From my point of view, to keep healthy it´s necessary appropriate diet without excess, easy and calm life without stress, rest well and a good dose of daily exercise for body and mind.
> From my point of view, in order to stay healthy, it´s necessary to have appropriate diet, easy and calm life without stress, good rest and a good dose of daily exercise for the body and mind.

Keep up the good job!

The expression ‘health is wealth’ is completely true. The most important gift that any person can receive in his/her life is heath. If you are a heathly person you can obtain the rest of things: work, money, friends… in addition, you will save a lot of money in visiting doctors, medication or treatments, which is another way to become rich.
In my daily life, I try to follow these advice as much as I can but some of them are difficult to fulfil. For instance, I consider meditation a very boring task and my way of being does not let me practice it. On another hand, although I try to sleep 8 hours a day, it’s impossible when I have insomnia or I go bed late at night.
I’m sure that the mentioned habits in the article can help everybody keep healthy. I would just add a little comment: to be always near optimistic people who spread positive energy rather than pesimistic ones who can be very toxic.
The wellness institutions are a very good option to improve the people’s heath but I think that the treatments are usually expensive and no everyone can afford it.
Finally, the body and mind are by far connected between them. It has been confirmed that badly ill people with a positive mind have been able to recover themselves and viceversa, people with minor disease but negative state of mind have passed away.

Interesting insights about being healthy. Thanks for writing them down. Kindly look at the following sentences and see how you can compose them better:

you will save a lot of money in visiting doctors, medication or treatments
> you will save a lot of money from not having to visit doctors, buy medications or get treatments

It has been confirmed that badly ill people with a positive mind have been able to recover themselves and viceversa, people with minor disease but negative state of mind have passed away.
> It has been confirmed that seriously/severely/terminally ill people with a positive mind have been able to recover. Inversely, people with minor diseases but negative state of mind have passed away.

Keep on writing! Cheers!
