Mondays signal the beginning of yet another productive week of work. However, not everyone feels this way toward Mondays. Weeks start with you feeling anxious, blue, or stressed out. You are demotivated and sluggish. When this is the case, you might be suffering from Monday Blues.

Take it easy. It is dreadful but there are ways to fight Monday blues. Read this article to find out some ways on how to deal with Monday Blues.

What causes Monday blues? I think these negative feelings may come up if you don’t feel passionated by your job and you don’t like it. I think job environment is very important too.
What were the most interesting tips for you? The first 2 ones, identify the problem to face it and prepare the job you are doing on Monday on Friday so you’ll be willing to start working on Monday.
What were the tips that you didn’t find very useful? have a post work plan and some tips may be included in others.
In general, how do you view or how do you feel about Mondays? I don’t have those bad feelings about Mondays, I like to start the working week.
What do you do to cope with Monday Blues? I don’t have that situation, but I would try to have a good planning and start Mondays with som work prepared from Friday.

Prepare for Monday on Friday, unplug for the weekend, dress for success, be positive, keep Monday schedule light, have fun at work and have a post-work plan.
Question 3: personally the less useful tips are identify the problem, make a list of things you’re excited, wake up early on Mondays, make someone happy.
Question 4: I totally agree with this article and unfortunately all my life I have suffered a case of Monday blues. On the other hand, I have the Friday feelings so I can balance out!
Question 5: I try to cope with Monday blues thinking that it’s an only day, that I know this feeling and I’ll lead, trying to be positive and doing some of tips writing in the article as dress for success, organizing my agenda light on Monday’s or planning a post-work plan.
