However, not many of us care about the effects of food on our brain.

The food we eat impact on our functioning, mood, energy and development.

It is really difficult to follow a strict diet because the mood you have makes easier or more difficult to follow it.

I think there is a huge food culture in Spain. We celebrate everything eating and drinking. There are differents regions with differents foods in Spain. The mediterranean coast, the coast of andalusia, the inner regions (montains, valleys), the cantabric coast…
