It means a lot of activities, chaos, noise, busy moments. “I do not like big cities because of their daily hustle and bustle”

It means an uncontrolled or wild behaviour. Excitement, furore.

Other ways could be have a walk in a nice place like a park or a forest, read a book or watch a film that provide us with a nice story that help us evade from our obligations.

5. What activities do you usually do to have a relaxing weekend?
I try to go out specially in sunny days but also if the weather is not so good, to those green places like a forest, or a park full of trees. Some place where I can enjoy the nature really helps me to relax and calm.
