Other ways could be have a walk in a nice place like a park or a forest, read a book or watch a film that provide us with a nice story that help us evade from our obligations.

I try to go out specially in sunny days but also if the weather is not so good, to those green places like a forest, or a park full of trees. Some place where I can enjoy the nature really helps me to relax and calm.
