1. What is your reaction to this news?
I knew about laser pointer attacks, most of them in the past in the football matches, etc.…. Always are silly people in the entire world… I didn’t know about flights attacks… and I am amaze there is nothing put in motion in planes ir order to avoid these kind of attacks for the safety of the flight.
2. How does laser pointing affect aviation safety?
In a dramatic way, because affects the pilot vision in the most dangerous manoeuvres: the take-off and the landing. Furthermore it can affect the pilot’s vision for ever, even became blind.
3. Given the possible danger laser pointing pose to aircrafts, do you think the selling of this item should be strictly regulated?
Absolutely, we are talking about attacks to flights that compromise the safety of the passengers, so it is a big deal and should be regulated.

The have to implements measures to tackle this problem, may be some kind of special glasses or goggles that avoid the laser beam?
