How has some things that you regret affected or changed you?
Although I am sure that the step during university was the happiest of my life, I always regret not having done more friends from my class and it is due to during first years I used to skip some of the classes, so I regret not going to classes regularly. Fortunately, I regreted on time and I started to assist every classes and to study everyday, so I could finish my degree with good marks and I made some friends. Nevertheless, it was quite difficult to entry the friend grooups which had been built one or two years before.
Were your hopes and dreams as a child fulfilled? Why or why not?
Well, when I was a child I used to dream about becomming a footballer. Of course, it was not fulfilled. In any case, I feel very lucky because I could have a very happy childhood and I have now a life which I could have desired. I live near my family and friends with a marvellous wife and a lovely dog. I have a job in which I feel comfortable and happy. I am healthy. Honestly, I didn’t have big dreams, but probably I wanted to enjoy life and I am in that way!
Think about relationship experiences you’ve had that you regret.
Of course, I had some friends and I spent time with persons that later showed their actual personality and I felt disappointed with that. I refret those relationships, but they also made me grow and become the person that I am now. I try to remember the good things and I try to learn about the bad things of those relationships.
How can one cope with the regrets they carry with them?
Probably the best way could be to think in regrets in a natural way. They are with us in life and everybody regret anytime. So, don’t worry about regret, learn about that and use them to be a better person.
Why is life full of regrets?
