Most people drink coffee or tea to jump-start their day. It works as stimulant. It gives them energy and keeps them awake. But, according to the study conducted by Mike Yassa, together with the University of California in Irvine, caffeine also helps improve long term memory.

I like coffe but I don´t drink it, because there are some real negative effects about coffe that everyone who drinks coffe needs to know.
The biggest thing i that coffe creates nervousness and stress in the body and mind. It´s one of the worst things that you can do if you already are feeling, stress, anxiety, or worried because it will amplify these emotions by a lot.
Ans there are other effects like dehydration, creating painsin yor joints, preventing your ability to rcover or relax, etc.
So people daily coffe drinker, should be to cut out coffe for two whole weeks and experience a change in the way your body feels while also having more calm and peace in your mind.
