Yes, I consider myself an active person. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I also enjoy spending time with my friends going to the beach, having dinner out or trying new experiences.
One disadvantage of being too busy is that it becomes difficult to spend time alone, which I believe is very important for organizing your thoughts and emotions.
I think the hardest thing to do is to choose five people and remove those how are not good for you. Sometimes you have to deal with people at work or in other situations and you need to learn to understand them and find a way to be happy with them in your life
