Regarding the article there are a lot of upsides: most of them for the wellbeing of the people, better work-life balance and also more productivity at work the drawbacks are related with a little more cost for hire people to cover or fill the timetables gaps.

I think the article is based on a lot of studies, so why not?
The only question it to know if this effect last for ever or not, I mean, if with the pass of the time the people get used to this schedule don’t feel as happy and as productive as they seem to be after the schedule shift.

I think it’s nice and perfect for the employees, but I’m not sure for the employers.

8h Work day from Monday to Thrusday and 6h Friday… and 50% remote working / 50% face-to-face work.
