1. The lack of time to conduct all the tasks that we would like to do: our job, taking care of children, housework, etc.
2. I am not surprised by these results. I think they have to do with the fact that ususally women are the ones who manage all the tasks above mentioned. Some years ago, not many women worked (out of home, I mean) but nowadays we have to do what women did in the past plus our job. I am not saying that men do not collaborate but the weight of the family tends to be on women.
3. I think sleeping is crucial for our health and to have the energy to start the day.
4. I feel more tired and with lack of energy along the day.
5. I would love to do it because I go to bed later than I should but it is difficult due to current personal life and logisitics at home.
6. When my children were born and during the first years, I slept very bad because they woke up many times during a night and also for the breastfeeding. I dealt with it by thinking that it would last a period of time and one day I would sleep well again and with a lot of patience, specially with breastfeeding at night. I slept badly about 5 years (2 for one child and 3 for the other child).
7. Yes, I would consider it if it was a long period of time.

No, I won’t.

No, I won’t because I believe my sleeping habits are fine just as they are now. I go to bed at 11:00 in the evening and wake up at 7:00 which means I get 8 hours of sleep every night. I also consider that I get good quality of sleep.
