Water is an essential part of life. Whether for our own consumption or for the environment. As with any substance, there is a danger of having too much and too little.

1. Water is very important to our bodies because we are made of water (55% and 65%). Our body needs water for many mechanisms such as lubricating joints, regulating temperature, nourishing the brain and spinal cord and other organs like the heart and the lungs.
2. Dangers of dehydration are drop of energy, mood, skin and blood pressure problems as well of signs of cognitive impairment. Overhydration can result in water intoxication which can cause headache, vomiting and in rare instances death.
3. Athletes are often victims of overhydration because they have problems to regulate water levels in exterm physical conditions.
4. Yes, I think I do because I drink many glasses of water throughout the day and I also eat fruits which contain water.
5. Water is my favourite one but I also like drinking coke on the weekends. I know it is less healthier than water but I drink it sometimes. I like strawberries, peaches, pineapple, melon. Regarding vegetables, I like carrots, zucchini and French beans.
