The mindfulness meditation is the state of being conscious or aware of something.
I have not tried any form of meditation however, I experience insomnia sometimes. On these cases, I try to listen podcasts for relaxing techniques and mindfulness meditation. This help me to focus on my breathing and get the sleep.
In my opinion, the meditation can help on some mental health issues like insomnia or anxiety.
