At the age of 30, society expects us to have stable careers and secure jobs. However, not everyone feels personal fulfillment in what they do around this age. This is especially true for millennials.
A study conducted showed that almost half of millennials are dissatisfied with their jobs. A lot of them leave within the first 24 months. Some choose to shift from their original career paths to a different one, purposely starting from the bottom again.

Minterns are people who work as interns in their 30. I think they are brave people.
What do you think this work trend reflects?
I think that if everyone at their 30 change their work looking for purpose and adding value to society, the work market will change in a better way.

It´s a pitty but I have 4 children and I can´t afford work with low salary. But I am really envy of the minterns in the article.
Why do you think a lot of millennials are dissatisfied with their jobs?
I understand them and have the same feeling. Companies usually treat employees as gears of a engine, and not as human beings. It´s really important to know that your daily work develops not only the company but a better world.
How important is personal fulfillment in choosing your career path?
What are you looking for in terms of career development?
I am looking a career path that build the company, the employees and society. People do their best if they fulfill purpose.
