Like any business, Starbucks has the power to raise its prices. Loyal customers are probably just going to brush this aside.

1. What are the primary reasons for price hikes at Starbucks?
Because of the inflation soars and also because the labor costs increase.
2. How does this price increase affect the company?
It seems that it does not affect the customers , because the sales are still increasing. Regarding employees, wages rise so it means that they improve their labor conditions.
However company earns in the last quarter reported does not met expectations
3. Why do people keep on coming back to Starbucks despite the high prices of their coffee and their constant price increase?
I think because they like their “special coffee flavours” offers or because is consume a coffee starbucks is trending.
4. Would increase in prices at restaurants or cafes affect your loyalty to the business? Why or why not?
Yes. It will depend on how the increases in prices is but I would probably reduce the frequency.
5. Is Starbucks popular in your country? What are the other big coffee chains or coffee bars that are doing well in your country?
Yes. It’s popular. You can find it in practically every city in Spain. I don’t live in a big city like Madrid or Barcelona, but where I live there are other small coffee chains that are doing well.

I would say yes. Starbucks is quite popular in Spain. I can see that there are more and more Starbucks locations in Spain, so I guess that’s because people like them. Other big coffee chains would be Dunkin’ Donuts or Lups and Coffee.
2. Why do people keep on coming back to Starbucks despite the high prices of their coffee and their constant price increase?
I think it’s because of its huge variety of different coffees, or maybe it’s due to its consistent quality and taste.
3. According to the article, where does Starbucks put its money?
I don’t know because it seems that the link is broken, as it shows a 404 error.
